Who’s up for a spine-chilling dining experience? Wondering what this is all about? Noire, a restaurant in Fairmont Dubai is known for its off-beat dining experience. While you definitely know about Noire’s dine in the dark concept, the restaurant now has a new concept dining that will give you cold feet. The ‘haunted’ dining experience is part of the restaurant’s Halloween celebrations and will run until the end of next month. Here’s what the ‘creepy’ dining will be like!
What’s It?
Noire’s going all out for Halloween this year and how! As part of the celebrations (if we may say so), the restaurant has launched a ‘Pitch-Dark Hospital Dining’ experience, that is sure to give you sleepless nights. Those with a faint heart are advised to stay away from the dining experience.
Starting on 1 October, the ‘Haunted Hospital Canteen’ will be available to foodies until 30 October. As for the experience, foodies will get to binge on a three course meal, while watching nightmares in reality. Well, although you might not literally see anything spooky, be prepared for weird sounds.
The 90-minute bone-chilling meal can be enjoyed from Monday to Saturday, 7.30pm onwards. Guests will also be invited for a post-dining discussion, with the chef, but with the lights on!
The spooky gourmet meal is priced at AED 360 (with soft drinks) and AED 399 for grape.
What Else?
In case you didn’t know about Noire, the restaurant is cloaked in complete darkness and guests are urged to enter with an open mind. Servers are equipped with night vision and escort guests to their tables. Diners have no clue what they are about to be served which makes the experience quite intriguing. As much of taste is reliant on the eyes, most people completely fail to identify what they have eaten.
