Not Food, Man Posts Hilarious Review Of Kantara On Zomato

If you’re getting the weekday blues, then the best place for a good laugh is the Internet. And no, we’re not even talking about memes or hilarious reels but the reviews on Zomato. It can actually be a gold mine for a laugh-out-loud moment. Recently,  Adyar Ananda Bhavan (A2B) in Bangalore got a unique review on Zomato which has nothing to do with food. A man actually posted a review of the Kannada action-thriller film Kantara on Zomato and here’s how the restaurant responded.

Man Reviews Kantara On Zomato Instead Of The Food

Bangalore-based digital creator, Soumya Gopi recently found a unique review of Adyar Ananda Bhavan’s Marathahalli outlet on Zomato. Gopi shared a picture of the review on Instagram along with the caption “Happened to see this unique review on Zomato recently and the best part is A2B’s reply”.

The Zomato review, believe it or not, goes like this —“Kantara…It’s not just the best film of the year, it’s a finest work piece of Cinematic Excellence. Story is enchanting and with engaging screenplay it’ll keep you hooked to the film and if you can understand the mythological aspects of this film then it’ll be a true Masterpiece from Kannada film industry”.

Here’s How Zomato Responded!

Perhaps, the man mistook Zomato for BookMyShow after all, both food and films can be blockbusters, right? What’s even funnier is Zomato’s reply. The food platform responded to his “film review” like this — “Dear Gireesh, Thank you for choosing A2B. Reviews like this gives us the motivation to provide the best quality service to you every time.”

Well, we get it that Kantara was one of the biggest blockbusters of 2022 and the Kantara fever hasn’t died down yet. What can we say? The idlis and dosas of Bangalore’s popular A2B didn’t impress the Netizen more than the film did. So, he added a filmy tadka to the food delivery platform’s review section.
