Akasa Air Will Very Soon Allow You To Bring Your Pets On Board!

India’s newest airline has truly made everyone happy with this announcement. The permission to onboard pets on the flight will make it convenient for many passengers. The airline shared that they will allow only one pet for one passenger on board. Another important point to remember is that the pet needs to weigh under a maximum of 7 kg to travel. The airline shared in a press conference that it is the beginning and the first phase of the pet policy. And in this phase, they are only allowing domesticated cats and dogs.

The Airline Will Share More Details Very Soon

Passengers need to pay an amount to take their pets on board. The airline will announce the details of this very soon. This new exciting journey with pets is starting on 1 November 2022. The ticket booking procedure for Akasa Air is starting on 15 October 2022. In just less than a month, you get to be on the air with your loved pet and travel places for tons of memories. Right now, among all the Indian airlines, Air India, Jet Airways, SpiceJet, and Vistara are allowing passengers to take pets on board. And Akasa Air is joining this list very soon in November.

This airline has massive plans to expand all around and increase its fleet size. Recently, they shared that their fleet size will become 18 by the end of March 2023. Also, they have plans to add 54 aircraft in the upcoming 4 years.
