PM Modi Taught Me To Make Perfect Khichdi, Says Shimla Politician’s Wife

Recently, the wife of a BJP leader in Shimla revealed that PM Modi can make great sabudana khichdi. She remembered an incident in 1997 when Narendra Modi had taught her the way to make perfect sabudana khichdi. During that time, Modi wasn’t the Prime Minister yet, but he was in charge of the Himachal Pradesh unit of the BJP. Speaking to PTI, Seema Sharma stated that Modi had taught her to make sabudana khichdi during 1997 Navratris. She added that since then, she always makes sabudana khichdi in Modi-style.

Seema Sharma Of Shimla Makes Sabudana Khichdi In Modi-Style

Elucidating the incident, Seema Sharma, wife of Deepak Sharma, said that in 1997, she had cooked khichdi for Modi but her dish had not met the expectations of Modi. So, Modi himself went ahead and taught her how to make the dish. According to an ABP report, during his recent visit to Shimla, Modi also asked if Deepak Sharma still visits Shimla’s Jakhu temple. During his tenure in Himachal Pradesh in the 1997-1998, Modi often visited the eatery Deepak Vaishnav Bhojnalya run by Deepak Sharma.
