Rahul Gandhi Takes Us Through His College Degrees & Experience Of Studying Abroad | Curly Tales

We all know that on our show, Curly Tales Sunday Brunch, Kamiya invites celebrity guests for a delicious Sunday brunch spread and has some really fun conversations with them. The latest episode is a bit different. It is because Kamiya was invited by the national president of the Indian National Congress, Rahul Gandhi, for a Sunday dinner. We got to know Rahul more as a person as he took us through his college degrees and experiences.

Rahul Gandhi Talks About His College Degrees

When you know you’re going to meet someone as well-known as Rahul Gandhi, you should probably do some research, right? Well, our Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani did this too and asked him about his qualifications, which sounded like a job interview, but we too wanted to know. Rahul, looking at Kamiya’s curiosity, answered the question.

He studied history at St. Stephen’s for a year. Later, he enrolled in International Relations in Politics at Harvard University but had to leave because of security issues after his father died. He then attended Rollins College in Florida to major in international relations and economics. He also holds a master’s degree, not in philosophy as it was called but in economics, from Cambridge University in England. Rahul mentioned that, unlike school, while studying abroad he got a very neutral view, which was very necessary.

His Fondest School Memories Are Having Both The Worlds Of Treatment

We have all seen star kids, like those of celebrities or politicians, get special treatment from teachers many times in school. But for Rahul Gandhi, it was a bit different. When Kamiya asked him about his fondest school memories, Rahul said, “I had some teachers who were overly nice to me, and then I had some teachers who were really nasty to me.”

This episode was very unique as we got to know Rahul Gandhi more as a person3 instead of a politician. He shared many memories from his school and college years with us. His ambitions after becoming India’s Prime Minister were also shared by him while relishing some delicious dishes with our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani. So if you haven’t watched the latest episode yet, watch now!
