Even if you have not seen this Bollywood movie yet, you might know that it is based on Anurag Pathak’s book on IPS Officer about Manoj Kumar Sharma. The officer recently posted a couple of pictures of his village school and shared his happiness of being mentioned on the wall of his school.

Manoj Sharma’s Village School Gave A Special Tribute To Him

Taking to the X (formerly Twitter) platform, Manoj Sharma (@ManojSharmaIPS) shared glimpses of the heartfelt gesture and tribute.

The IPS officer shared the pictures and expressed happiness for receiving the amazing tribute from his village school in Bilgram. He grew up in a small village in Madhya Pradesh and was a student at a school there. We saw some glimpses of his school life in the 12th Fail movie as well.

His school wrote on the wall “Gaon Ke Gaurav” (the pride of his village) about the officer. “Your name can be written in any corner of the world but the greatest happiness only comes when something good about you is written on your village school’s wall”, wrote Manoj Sharma while expressing his joy and gratefulness.

12th Fail has been a majorly successful movie and touched every viewer’s heart with its heartwarming, struggling, and real story and life of IPS Officer Manoj Sharma. Loved as one of the best movies of 2023, the great performances and fantastic presentation made it such a success in the industry. Manoj Sharam’s life story has been played by the talented Vikrant Massey. He also won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor.
