Starting August 1, 2023, Russia will begin issuing electronic visas (e-visas) to bearers of Indian passports. This action follows the development of bilateral connections and the promotion of tourism between the two countries.

With this advancement, Indian travellers will be able to quickly and easily apply for their Russian visa, thus opening the doors to a great travel experience. The benefits of an electronic visa will be available to nationals of about 52 different nations, according to a statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The recently launched e-visa will make it easier for people to enter the Russian Federation for a variety of reasons, including business travels, visitors’ visits, tourism, and participation in various events. According to sources, this move will ensure that Indian tourists have a smooth and hassle-free visa application process, hence lowering the requirement for voluminous documents and protracted processing times.

The Country Will Be More Accessible!

With the help of this project and Aeroflot Airlines flights from Delhi to Moscow, Russia will soon be more accessible than ever. According to additional reports, passengers will be given visas with a 60-day validity period, allowing them to experience Russia’s wonders for up to 16 days.
