SAMANA Santorini & Mykonos Projects

At the start of 2023, SAMANA Developers announced its plan to launch 12 new projects, which included five-star properties. Santorini and Mykonos happen to be the first two projects on the list of plans for the year. As evident from its name, the design and name draw its inspiration from the two gorgeous Greek islands in the Aegean Sea.
As it happens, several environmentally friendly features have been incorporated into the projects to ensure good health, sustainability, and energy efficiency. Not to mention, SAMANA Mykonos will boast a plethora of water features, green areas, and solar panels for in-house power generation. Additionally, there will be island-style living where water, fresh air, and plantations will be in abundance.

The AED150 million SAMANA Santorini will be spread across 1,93,927 square feet and is a G+4 residential project. Located in Dubai Studio City, it will house 157 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with private pools. Moreover, it will have amenities that will include iconic water features, an infinity pool, a leisure pool deck, a swimming pool, kids’ pool, a cave, a valet area, a barbeque area, a kids’ play area, and lots more.

The AED170 million SAMANA Mykonos project will feature G+5 Mykonos residential projects. Also located in the Dubai Studio City, this project is spanning over 1,97,430 square feet, featuring 198 units. In fact, this project will also feature plenty of amenities, including valet parking, leisure decks, a jacuzzi, solar panels, a rooftop theatre, private pools, and loads more.
While SAMANA Santorini is scheduled for handover in April 2025, the same for SAMANA Mykonos is slated for July 2025.
