Bayfront Al Khobar Is Coming Up In Saudi Arabia

Coming up on the beach, Bayfront Al Khobar is being developed near the upcoming Seven Entertainment Park and Ajdan Walk. With the promise of waterfront views and easy accessibility, this project is valued at approximately SAR250 million. In fact, it will also be home to the first-of-its-kind Blue Flag-certified beach, which is a first in the kingdom.

It Will Be Spread Across 100000 Square Metres

Talking about waterfront, it will be spread across a massive area of 1,00,000 square metres. Stretching all the way from the shore, it will be spread over a 1,600 m island. As it happens, the upcoming destination will be home to several retail stores that will be taking over the area of about 19,000 m². These will include casual and fine dining restaurants, recreational features, and even leisurely spaces, to name some. As such, the area will be divided into a stunning 11,000 square metre indoor area and an equally jaw-dropping 94,000 m² outdoor area. Both of these gorgeous spaces are bound to draw people.
