The stall is the master of scrumptious chaats in Mumbai and it serves different kinds of sev puris and papri chaats like Cheese Schezwan Sev Puri, Dahi Kachori Chaat, Hot Dilkhush Puri and even Pizza Sev Puri.
Fire Chaat Is Setting The Internet Ablaze!
The video of the fire sev puri chat was uploaded on the Instagram page of Things2eatinmumbaii. It has garnered over 29.1k likes and 148 comments. The video begins with a clip of the food stall. To make the fire chaat, the vendor first places the papris on a plate. He then tops the papris with corns, vegetables, paneer and a zesty gravy. He then applies fire over the gravy-coated chaat. Over this prep up, he puts sev, loads of grated cheese and tandoori sauce. And the dish is looking incredibly gorgeous!
