Around 90 kilometres away from Rajahmundry city, lies the picturesque hamlet of Maredumilli. The pristine, intensely green hill station in Andhra Pradesh is an abode of milky white waterfalls that meander through the charming rocks. Some noteworthy waterfalls present here include Swarnadharna waterfalls, Rampa waterfalls, Amruthadhara Falls, Polluru Waterfalls and Jalatarangini waterfalls. If you want to experience the beauty of mountains in seclusion, you can probably ditch Himachal and Uttarakhand and head over here. The village in the Eastern Ghats also has an eco-tourism hub in the lap of the thick wilderness. While Maredumilli can be visited at any time of the year, monsoons are the best to witness its grandeur.
