Kashmir has not had a movie theatre in three decades. That’s all set to change now. In a bid to offer the youth entertainment avenues and employment opportunities, Kashmir will get its first multiplex cinema in Srinagar. Come September and you can watch a movie in Srinagar. The multiplex will open in September. INOX has designed the multiplex that features three auditoriums, comfortable seating and the latest sound systems.

And that’s not all. The multiplex has a silver screen. Movie-goers can choose between recliners and normal seating. The theatre can accommodate around 520 people. Moreover, children can play around at the entertainment facilities and even grab meals with their families at the food court.
