We are all aware of the increase in oil prices. Oil prices have increased exponentially leading to a hike in flight tickets, be it domestic or international. And amid all these, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation(DGCA) stated that airlines have decided to operate lesser flights during the summer season. The number of domestic flights will be less than that of the last year. The reasons behind taking this decision are not just due to extremely expensive oil prices but also the very restricted capacity of many airports.
