The Thai government’s new decision to allow foreigners to stay without a visa will come into action in July, according to a report by The Times of India-IndiaTimes. This is a significant step to boost the tourism sector and open doors to more international visitors. The key decision to extend one’s stay in Thailand to 2 months will allow globetrotters from different countries and backgrounds to enjoy a long time here.

Travellers from a total of 93 nations can travel visa-free to Thailand soon. From students to employees to former employees, the ease in visa guidelines cater to a large number of tourists living in different parts of the world. The concept of working from home has seen a major transition from the COVID-19 pandemic. Presently, an uncountable number of remote workers and digital nomads are balancing professional lives while exploring the world. This visa-free travel rule will allow remote workers to stay in Thailand for up to 180 days each time with a valid visa duration of 5 years.
