The texture and taste are believed to be of such superior quality that cheese aficionados swear by it. This exclusive milk to prepare the exquisite cheese can only be found in  Zasavica Nature Reserve. To prepare just 1 kg of Pule, 25 litres of donkey milk is used. So, now you know why it’s so pricey and sought after.
