The immensely talented Bengali beauty, Mouni Roy met with our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani at her F&B venture in Andheri, Mumbai. It is called Badmaash and has a branch in Kamala Mills. We did a Dussehra special Sunday Brunch at her restaurant and talked about Bengali cuisine, her eating habits, travel destinations and more. If you haven’t watched the video yet, do it now!
Mouni Roy Really Wants To Visit These Travel Destinations
Just as we were on the last leg of this fabulous interview with Mouni Roy, Kamiya asked her which travel destinations were on her bucket list. She replied, “Lots of places. I want to go to New Zealand, Australia.” Kamiya also questioned the destinations that are Mouni’s favourite ones.
She shared that her favourite travel destinations are Europe, London, Italy and Paris. Mouni Roy mentioned that the last she had been to Paris was seven years ago! She also shared that every year for her birthdays, she likes to go out of her home and travel.
While talking about Mouni’s favourite travel destinations, they finished the interview by eating extremely good sondesh, a Bengali sweet. Kamiya mentioned that she truly liked the sondesh and to this, Mouni said in excitement, “Haina!” Sondesh lovers out there, raise your hands!

She Recommended This Bengali Thali
“What Bengal is really really famous for is its food,” Mouni Roy told us and we 100% agree with her. She urged Kamiya to try out a good vegetarian or non-vegetarian Bengali thali. To which Kamiya said, “Definitely gonna try that.”
Next for the outro of the video, Kamiya happily mentioned that it was truly a wonderful experience to film this Sunday Brunch with her. Kamiya also told her, “Next time, our Bengali Sunday Brunch is due!”
