Here is the good news for all lovers of Mexican cuisine. Atlantis The Palm will host the opening of En Fuego later this year. Yes, you heard it right! This five-star Palm Island attraction appears on many postcards, vacation pictures, and Instagram posts because it is one of Dubai’s most popular destinations. At this world-famous luxury hotel, you can enjoy limitless entertainment, including top-rated eating outlets, unique aquarium experiences, and architectural marvels. This fantastic destination will now host a new restaurant in Dubai that will give you all the feels of Mexico. 

New Restaurant in Dubai Is All About High Vibrant South American Vibe 

It is expected that En Fuego, a high-octane social dining concept with a strong emphasis on entertainment, will open its doors in November. With flaming hoop performers, acrobats, and even a fire-breathing strong man all on the entertainment list. Therefore. you can anticipate much more than just singers and dancers during the festival. 

As with all of Atlantis, and The Palm’s restaurants, En Fuego combines exceptional cuisine, inventive beverages, and unique experiences into a different experience. Colourful Interiors With Vibrant Chandeliers 

Inspired by Latin America, the interiors of En Fuego were designed by Paul Bishop of Bishop Design. However, it showcases real art, artefacts, and antiques from the region. The enormous facility includes a carousel, a tequila bar, and a dining area.

Ceiling decorations include old neon signs, llamas, and pinatas. Moreover, the main dining area has a circus-themed tented dome replete with a flamingo-head chandelier. 

American Style Menu

Chef Daniel Garca, has worked at some of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants. Moreover, including Noma and Eleven Madison Park, will serve authentic South American cuisine. Feijoada stews from Brazil, spicy mole and tacos from Mexico, and buttery arepas from Colombia are just some of the dishes you may expect to see on the menu.

Each mouthful will be a tribute to the colourful continent’s rich culture and history, delicacies ranging from Peru to the streets of Rio de Janeiro.
