Every country has its own laws, rules, and regulations, as well as cultural beliefs. Being a traveller, it is important to respect all of it on your visit to any country. In a recent incident, a blonde woman tourist was attacked by a mob of angry locals in Mexico. The reason for the attack was that the woman had climbed up the Mayan pyramid and was dancing there.

Tourist Attacked For Climbing Mayan Pyramid In Mexico

In a viral video, An unidentified blonde woman climbed the Mayan Pyramid Temple of Kukulcan in Chichen Itza. When the tourist went on to climb this sacred temple in Mexico, many people tried to stop her and yelled at her, but it all fell to deaf ears. The woman simply ignored the rules and the yelling from the people and climbed the temple.

The woman was also seen dancing on the pyramid by waving her hands in the air. A person also climbed the stairs, requesting that she get down. As soon as she got down, people were seen hurling insults and throwing water at her. Some also demanded to arrest her for hurting the religious sentiments of the people.

  • Do not drink alcohol on the streets.
  • Do not use abusive words in public places.
  • Do not discriminate against the LGBTQ community.
  • Adhere to the traffic rules.
  • Make sure both your feet are on pedals if you are riding a bike. 
  • Do not try to bribe any official. 
  • Nude artistic display is not allowed.
