Union Square House Introduces NFT In Real Estate Sector
Union Square House plans to issue the first NFTs in July. Their ultimate focus will be on ultra-luxury residences. The brokerage reaps the benefits of Dubai’s “high degree of familiarity” with the digital world. The Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, District One, Dubai Hills Estates, and other “micro-markets” will be on the target list for sales. According to Brandessence’s study, the metaverse real estate market would rise at an annualized pace of 31.2 per cent from 2022 to 2028. In February, Hampton Hall in England, considered to be the world’s first metaverse home, was on the market. Whoever buys the property in real life will have first dibs on the digital blueprint, which will be in the form of an NFT.
