When we travel somewhere, we end up using a lot of single-use plastic without even realising it much. From sipping tea from the roadside tapri to buying plastic water bottles, we come across tons of single-use plastics when we step outside. To beat plastic pollution, the Bollywood actor carries her own glass. Now isn’t that a great solution to reduce our plastic wastage?

The Bollywood actor took to her Instagram story to share a picture of the steel glass that she carried with her. We can see her keeping the glass in front of a flight window. We wonder where Dia was flying to. She shared this picture captioning “There’s more than one way to #BeatPlasticPollution. Carry your own glass. Avoid #SingleUsePlastic #ZeroWasteTravel.” Steel glass is a small and compact utensil and can be carried very easily inside any of our luggage. It is indeed a simple yet effective way to reduce using plastic cups and water bottles.
