What Is It?
Marcel Stadtmann, the founder of the BBQ Donut Boat first experienced this concept in Switzerland. He enjoyed it so much that he brought it down to Florida at first and now to Dubai. They are quickly expanding and are offering licensee opportunities around the world as well. Apart from the BBQ Excursions, they organize sunset cruises, business lunches, corporate brunches all of which have the option of setting out with or without food/beverages.

What’s In It?
An experience like never before, this BBQ Party boat as they call it is an offbeat dining experience on the Dubai Creek with spectacular views of the city. It accommodates a maximum of 10 people and you can set off on culinary cruise for as many as hours you please.
What’s Unique?
BBQ Donut offers you the freedom to enjoy this unique dining experience tailor-made to your wants. You can rent just the boat alone and take your own food or you can pay for both the boat and their menu. With choices ranging from the Mediterranean to American cuisine and a special kids’ menu, the donut is stocked with marinated meat, seafood and veggies for grill masters who want to try their luck at grilling while sailing. If you’re in no mood to get your hands dirty, you can hire a captain (AED 200 extra) who will be happy to grill and steer the donut while you lay back leisurely and enjoy the ride and meal.

What Else?
A boat accommodates up to 10 people if it is entirely rented out. If the Food and Beverage package is chosen with the captain, the capacity reduces to 6 due to legal restrictions. The guests are advised to use the washroom before setting out as those facilities are not available on the boat. The minimum amount of time one can book the boat for is an hour. If one wants to go solo or with less than 6 people, you will have to bear the rental cost of the whole boat or share the boat with 5 other strangers ( highly recommended by organizers )
