Travel and food influencer, Sabina, recently took to Instagram to share her recommendation of Indian dishes one must try in Delhi. Surprisingly, this list did not feature butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, or any of the cliche dishes one anticipates foreigners to try in India! Instead, her suggestions were quite good and featured some of the best eateries in Delhi. She did have some help, though! She was taken around the city by her Indian friends, who are Delhi locals, and they made her try some of the best things the city had to offer.

To begin with, Sabina suggested trying Chicken Makhani Kebab from Karim’s in Old Delhi. According to her, it was one of the best things she ever ate! She then suggested visiting the A2B restaurant where she loved Paneer 65. Next on her list is another gem from Old Delhi, Rehmatullah Hotel for their freshly baked naans and Chicken Malai Tikka.

She even mentioned Delhi’s popular food chain Haldiram’s in her list. At Haldiram’s she tried and loved Raj Kachori, Vada Pav, and Masala Lemonade. Finally, for dessert, she recommended Shahi Tukda from Jama Masjid’s popular Cool Point. Safe to say, she did try some of the best places in Delhi!
