A Korean woman travelling from Hungary to Incheon stirred quite a commotion mid-air with her unruly behaviour which led to the flight’s emergency landing. The South Korea-bound flight was forced to land in Kazakhstan after the passenger made the operations of the flight difficult. This caused inconvenience to 183 passengers on board as the flight was grounded in Kazakhstan for almost five hours!
Korean Woman Causes Commotion Mid-Flight; Forces Emergency Landing
A Korean woman’s unruly behaviour led to an emergency landing of an Incheon-bound flight from Hungary. According to reports from Korean media, the LOT Polish Airlines flight LO2001 was scheduled to arrive at Incheon International Airport around 9:30 AM (local time) from Hungary. However, due to the commotion caused by the woman mid-air, the flight was forced to land at Astana Airport in Kazakhstan.
As per the eyewitnesses on board, the woman shouted obscene words mid-flight and caused quite a commotion. As she was making the operation of the flight difficult, the crew and pilot had to make an emergency landing. It was also mentioned that the woman was accompanied by her family on the flight.

Passenger Arrested; Local Authorities Investigate The Matter
The Korean woman was arrested upon the emergency landing in Kazakhstan. According to other passengers on the flight, the woman had to be restrained as she continued to scream and curse despite the best efforts of the authorities. It was reported that the South Korean embassy in Kazakhstan is cooperating with local police to investigate the incident further. This entire episode caused inconvenience to 183 passengers on board. The flight subsequently resumed its journey to Incheon, albeit after a five-hour delay.
