Blinkit and Zepto have surely become two of our most used apps for delivering products to our doorsteps as fast as possible. While these platforms have made our lives simpler, we can’t deny that many consumers often face bad experiences. Recently, many Netizens shared incidents when they received poor services from Blinkit and Zepto.

X Users Rant About Blinkit’s Bad Services

Many customers took to the X platform to slam the online delivery platform for providing bad services. Here are some of the many recent complaints.

Taking to X, YOGESH BHAVSAR, MBA (@YTA_School) placed an order for 2 paneer veg momos on Blinkit. After getting the delivery, he found out that he received each packet of chicken momo and veg momo. Seeing the problem, he quickly tried raising the issue. However, the AI Chat of the platform was unable to make any complaint on the same.

MECHrypto Engineer (@CryptoPunjab09) posted on X stating that he ordered Brajratna Cow Ghee from the quick commerce app. Though he received the order on May 3, the product had already expired a couple of months ago. The bottle of ghee was manufactured back in May 2023 and had an expiration date of 9 months from the manufacturing date. “Don’t you see it as health hazard,” asked the customer.

Zepto Customers Shared Their Issues

ramesh agrawal (@rameshagrawal6) ordered Mother Dailry Classic Dahi from Zepto. He opened the packet and was shocked to find a mesh bag inside it. In the picture shared on the X platform, it can be seen that a mesh bag soaked in dahi is kept in a glass bowl.

LOKESH NANDAMPUDI (@LOKESH2277) posted about ordering 2 packs of B Natural’s guava juice and coconut water packs. While he received the products in good condition, the taste of the drinks was not at all good. The guava juice tasted stale and spoiled. Before posting on this social media platform, he tried to report about it on the Zepto app but it was clearly of no use.

Ankit Mahule (@heyits_ankitt) complained about receiving his order in a horrible condition. He took to Zepto to order an induction. He was surprised to see that the delivered induction was damaged. The attached picture shows the cooktop in a broken condition.
