Afzal Khan, a cabin crew executive at Air India Express shared a heartwarming video. In the video, a young boy is seen approaching Khan and telling him it was his mother’s birthday and he wanted to give her a surprise on the flight. The result? The Air India Express cabin crew joined him in the celebrations. Khan made an announcement on the intercom. He wished Jitheesh Bijumon a very happy birthday on behalf of Captain Samarth Jadhav, First Officer Garv Gehlot and cabin crew Reshmanath, Afzal, Harshita and Ankita.
Moreover, the cabin crew made all the passengers clap for Jitheesh Bijumon and join in the mid-flight celebrations in their own way. The video showed the Air India Express crew writing a birthday note for Bijumon and preparing a surprise tray filled with sweets for her. They presented a red tray with chocolates and a cute dessert. Her son gave a big smile and was happy to celebrate his mother’s birthday on the flight.
