Formerly the Mewar capital, Udaipur is now the White City known for its beauty and heritage. The city boasts lavish palaces, beautiful lakes, and brilliant architecture. The Curly Tales team recently visited the beautiful city and we were absolutely charmed by the culture and the wonderful offerings of Udaipur. While one were to visit Udaipur for its royal residences, we also found that the city offers a bunch of other things to do. 1. Trek To Bahubali Mountain
Founded by the locals, the Bahubali Mountain is only a 10 minute trek from Badi Lake. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Aravalli mountains, watching the sunrise from here could be the perfect start to your day. If you’re looking for a breathtaking experience for your Udaipur tri, it can’t get better than this!
2. Cycle At Lake Fatehsagar
If you’re a fan of the rich outdoors and the fresh breeze of Udaipur, a cycle ride is a must try! The 2.4 km stretch at Lake Fatehsagar is the perfect track to ride the bicycle and get your workout mode on. It might be a man-made lake in Udaipur, but the crystal blue waters along with the wonderful scenery will surely make your work out more fun.
3. Boat Ride At Lake Pichola
If you want a view that will simply blow your mind, take a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Sail across the gorgeous lake and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Udaipur Palace with the wind in your face. Take a few pictures or simply enjoy the wonderful ambiance of the boat ride.

4. Dine At NotoMoro By Fern Residency
While you spend the day amidst the beauty of Udaipur, head to NotoMoro by Fern Residency in the evening to enjoy some lip-smacking cuisines with eccentric cocktails. The Curly Tales team recently visited the newly opened restaurant and loved the romantic rooftop setting along with the array of exciting dishes. Pick an outdoor table to dine in the ambiance of the beautiful sunset, or pick an indoor table to feel the exciting vibe of the restaurant.
