Adarsh Gourav is surely one of the most talented and versatile actors of this generation. We have seen him playing thrilling and unconventional roles before but this time, we got to see the actor in a completely new look in Kho Gaye Hum Kaha. Playing the character of a young calisthenics instructor, he had to look super fit and well-defined for this new role. He followed a strict diet and workout routine to look great in his new movie.
Adarsh Gupta Turned To A Non-vegetarian For Kho Gaye Hum Kaha
If you have watched the movie featuring Ananya Panday, Adarsh Gourav, and Siddhant Chaturvedi, you must have seen how Adarsh looks toned and visually aesthetic. To achieve his desired body goals, Robin Behl, Co-founder of The Tribe India, trained the actor. Director Arjun Varain Singh asked Robin to make Adarsh look like Brad Pitt from Fight Club.
Following proper nutrition played a significant role in his transformation journey. Exercise nutritionist Mishti Khatri managed Adarsh’s diet during his journey of getting a well-defined body for Kho Gaye Hum Kaha. Though Adarsh is a vegetarian, he became non-vegetarian just so that he could hit the goal of achieving the desired body of a young calisthenics instructor.
