After CSMT, Railways Is Launching More Restaurants On Wheels In Mumbai & Pune

You all must have had food while travelling by train, sitting near the window and enjoying sceneries. The feel is something else no matter if you have brought food from home or bought it at the station. Well, Indian Railway bought that experience to life without you having to travel,  Bogie Wogie in Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT). The success has been such that now they are planning to launch more of its branches in Mumbai and Pune.

Building Experiential Diner

Indian Railways came up with India’s first 24/7 restaurant called Bogie Wogie in CSMT and another one in Nagpur. The idea was so appreciated and loved by the people that the restaurant on wheels became a huge success. This has encouraged Indian Railways to come up with more such diners in Mumbai and Pune. The Indian Railways are planning to launch more such restaurants in Neral, Igatpuri, Lonavala and Lokmanya Tilak Terminus stations in the Mumbai division and Chinchwad, Miraj, Baramati and Akurdi in the Pune division. All these restaurants will be serving standardised experiences as they aim to build experiential diners.
