15 of the 19 recommendations that were submitted during the cabinet meeting were accepted. One of these was a plan to give the Agra civil enclave, which is currently under construction, international status.

In accordance with the request, the cabinet approved a grant of ₹123.59 crore for the acquisition of additional planned land. This totals 37.4336 hectares (or 92.50 acres) for the construction of Agra Airport.

In addition to giving the project financial approval, the cabinet approved spending money on tasks linked to moving and rebuilding the assets of several government departments. These are all located in the project region. This would be paid for out of the budgets of those departments.

These governmental entities will give the Civil Aviation Department a free transfer of their property and other assets. (As per India Today)

It is anticipated that money will soon be made available for the purchase of the extra land. The proposed civil enclave includes three villages, Dhanauli, Abhaypura, and Balhaira, from which around 100 acres of property will be purchased. In addition to government land, farmers will be compensated at four times the circular rate for any private land that is purchased.

The Gati Shakti Mission is working on the Agra airport project in order to finish the long-delayed new civic enclave.

A civil terminal structure with a floor area of 30,000 sq m will be built in the new Civil Enclave project at Agra Airport, which has 20.153 hectares of designated land. On August 18, 2023, the Airports Authority of India also released the structural engineering tender.

In the upcoming 36 months, the civil terminal’s construction is anticipated to be finished. (As per India Today)
