With the sale of a Dh102.8 million villa, Emirate Hills in Dubai is back in full bloom. It is the second-biggest deal in this super-luxury all-villa community. It belonged to a Maltese businessman, but he sold it to an Indian businessman. The land is about 38,000 square feet. 

Emirate Hills Villa With Word Class Amenities 

The built-up area of the house is more than 20,000 square feet, and it backs up to a golf course. There are five bedrooms, a swimming pool, a gym, and a movie theatre in the Emirate Hills Villa. In contrast to the usual 50/50 split between agency and agent, Phoenix Homes offers an 80 per cent commission model.
