While sharing a picture of the cars on the road, the Redditor mentioned how it only rained for a few hours. Rainfall for some time in the winter season already resulted in the water entering the Outer Ring Road. “I don’t know what will happen when the real monsoon starts”, added the Netizen while making this social media post.
