Pune’s Koregaon Park is now home to an amazing cafe and lounge known as Chaurahe Ke Paar. Though the space looks like a normal eatery on the outside, it is full of surprises on the inside. Be it the cuisine, the decor, or its functionality, Chaurahe Ke Paar is as unique as its name. This gorgeous cafe and lounge is a space launched by a brother-sister duo and serves only the best.
Chaurahe Ke Paar In Koregaon Park, Pune
Chaurahe Ke Paar is a cafe and lounge spread across 8,000 square feet and two levels. It probably derives its name from its location, as it is located on the crossroads of Lane No. 7 of the Koregaon Park. This space looks like a normal eatery on the outside but offers you a cafe, lounge, club, library, work-from-home place, restaurant, and—the highlight—a gamer’s room. The gamer’s room has lounge sofas with consoles and PS5s.
The interiors of the cafe are mesmerizing, giving you a combination of chic and rustic feels all at once. The high ceilings, glass panels, and exposed brick wall will undoubtedly transport you to another world. The topmost level has an open garden terrace, which is divided into two sections: a bar and a section for karaoke or evening gigs.
Scrumptious Food And Amazing Concoctions
The next thing to come is a co-working space with beautiful interiors. The stacked-up library has beautiful lounge seats. If you are interested in story-telling sessions or poetry readings, they also have an amphitheatre. The place has more to surprise you with a two-level bar and a booth-style seating area. Talking about the food here, the cafe serves scrumptious dishes from Indian and Continental cuisine. One of their unique dishes is butter chicken puchkkas.
The bar menu is carefully curated with some signature CKP (Chaurahe Ke Paar) cocktails. They serve mojitos, LIITs, sangrias, shots, and so on. Bartender’s Move and Espresso Martini are two of their signature cocktails which are worth a try. They also serve some of the best desserts in town, including seasonal fruit cheesecake and strawberry mousse.
