We love the hospitality that airport lounges offer! Be it accessing the comfort during long hour layovers, chilling there, an emergency online meeting and other things. Airport lounges offer the best hospitality services whenever you are at the airport. The Delhi airport had many lounges for commercial airlines. However, they eventually closed down. Now, Encalm Hospitality is prepping a grand lounge for passengers within Delhi Airport. This lounge at the Delhi Airport will start functioning by September or October this year.

Posh Lounge To Open At Delhi Airport

Delhi Airport is soon going to have a posh and grand lounge within terminal 3 for the convenience of the travellers. The lounge will provide numerous facilities starting from great food, beds and hospitality services. Encalm Hospitality also plans to launch a meet-and-greet service in the lounge, termed Atithya.  International travellers will get to experience this new lounge.

Apart from the Delhi airport, other airports that has new lounges are the Mumbai airport and Bengaluru airport.

Access New Lounge At Delhi Airport

Either you can either pay for one time and access them, if you aren’t a frequent traveller, or avail a membership so that you can access it unlimitedly. You can also access the lounge by using your credit cards.

New Terminal In India Runs On Renewable Energy

The new terminal of the Delhi airport will be running on renewable energy. This launching of the green airport has come at a time when India has been actively supporting the cause of climate change and sustainability. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, also informed that eventually, all airports in the country will run on 100% renewable energy. Prior to Delhi, it was Kerala airport in Cochin in 2015 which became the first airport in the world to run solely on renewable solar energy.
