In this video shared by food blogger Devesh Sahani, it is mentioned that this pasta bowl is the first one of its kind to be cooked in the national capital. This unique dish prepared with a blend of pasta and bread base is an innovation of Fresh Bites at Ramesh Nagar in Delhi. From showing us the preparation process to the way of relishing the dish, the viral clips include everything.
The viral video took us to the kitchen virtually and shared all the glimpses and snippets of cooking this bowl of pasta at Fresh Bites in Delhi. In the first step of making this unique recipe, the chef prepared and flattened the dough and then used a bowl to give it a semi-circular shape. The dough was greased with some oil on the outer area and then put in the oven for baking.
Once baked, the chef added some oil to the bread and baked it once again. While the baking continued, he also prepared the pasta using butter, capsicum, onion, corn, mushrooms, mayonnaise, different sauces, and milk. After stirring everything for some time, the chef added boiled pasta, oregano, and cheese. Once cooked well, he served the pasta inside the baked bread bowl and garnished it with some more cheese.
Netizens Do Not Seem To Like This Dish AT ALL!
Shared just a day back, the video has garnered more than 2.6 million with almost 57K likes and over a hundred comments and reactions from Instagrammers. From the majority of the reactions and responses, foodies are not at all impressed with the idea of serving saucy pasta in this huge bread bowl. Though the concept looks unique, the quantity and saucy texture loaded with mayonnaise and sauces is concerning foodies.
A Netizen commented, “This is the most ugliest food I have seen”. Someone wrote, “Italians ne pehle bowl dekhke fir pasta dekhke 2 baar jaan dedi”. Another comment read, “If Italy attacked, I would completely understand”. Another hilarious comment is “Customer be like- itni sari maida itne se pasta se khau mai”. Someone commented how “pasta was very less and cheese also very less ..no no will order full plate pasta with lots of pasta😂😂😂😂”.
