Here Are Akshay Kumar’s Favourite Food Spots In Delhi

Akshay might have been reigning Mumbai for decades now but he is a true Delhiite at heart! We learned about his absolute favourite food places in Delhi when he talked about his time in Chandni Chowk. He had a long list of recommendations, so be ready with a pen and paper if you are a foodie, just like us.

He began with the iconic Paranthe Wali Gali where you may relish diverse stuffed paranthe made in desi ghee, Natraj Dahi Bhalle, a popular food stall that sells Langori, a street vendor for mango ice cream. Next, he explained ‘kanche wali bottle’ to Tiger which is a soda drink. If you are oblivious to this favoured Delhi drink, then head over to the video linked below and learn all about it.

While chatting about Chandni Chowk, Akshay revealed that he still has a residence back in Chandni Chowk, right where he started from. Kamiya was curious to know whether he still visits his home there. To our surprise, he told us, “All the time,” and went on to highlight that the lanes of this area are exactly the same.

Nothing changed, starting from the small lanes to the enthusiastic folks who were either there to shop or hog on tasty food. He said, “Kuch nahi badla, koi nayi building nahi aayi, kuch nahi badla, vaise ka vaise hi hai.” We know all the Delhi folks reading this are elated because they have experienced this chaotic yet amazing area.
