It seems that there has been an increase in passengers who, unable to hold their liquor, end up committing gross misdemeanours. The latest in the series is this passenger on Delta Airline who, in an inebriated state, kissed a male flight attendant on his neck without his consent. According to reports, his conduct had been questionable throughout the flight. He also ended up breaking the tray of food on which the captain’s meal was being carried.
Delta Airline: Drunk Passenger Kisses Flight Attendant
The passenger, David Alan Burke, was 61 years old and was travelling on a flight from Minneapolis in Minnesota to Alaska. According to reports, he was given a glass of red wine since he was travelling in the first class and was entitled to it.
When the flight attendant came to clear the supper trays, Burke shook his hand. This wasn’t odd or out of the ordinary and the crew member paid no mind to it. However, after a while, Burke went to use the washroom. The flight attendant was standing near the passage that led to the washroom.
On his way there, Burke stopped and looked at the flight attendant and said that he was ‘so beautiful’ and then asked him for a kiss. The flight attendant politely declined the request by saying ‘No, thank you.’ However, Burke didn’t desist and responded by saying ‘Alright, on the neck then.’

Drunk Passenger Broke Captain’s Food Tray As Well
Burke then grabbed the flight attendant and kissed him on the neck, despite not receiving consent to do so. This made the flight attendant very uncomfortable, and understandably so. He then moved to the back of the plane for the rest of his flight to avoid further incidents.
Another crew member reported that Burke later broke the tray which was carrying the captain’s food. Furthermore, it was also reported that he demanded two more glasses of wine. The pilot reported the incident to the police and Burke was then arrested.
