Dubai Glow Garden Is Back With Its Fifth Season

Dubai Glow Garden is back. With the onset of the winter season, this is one of the marquee festivals in the city. So what’s unique this year? The theme this time is ‘Back To Nature’, and the park has gotten all the more eco-friendly than before!

Are you interested in some more things to do in Dubai in October? Here is a list of places to visit in winters in Dubai!

The Fifth Season

The light festival has got the Dubai Glow Garden lit up with over ten million lights coming together to form over 100 structures in Zabeel Park in its fifth season. True to its theme this year of ‘Back To Nature,’ it’s the energy-saving bulbs lighting up the structures. Moreover, the arrangements are handcrafted with recycled material, so you know this park is minimizing its carbon footprints! With the green hues embedded in its structures, we remember the idea of go green too. So it’s truly an experience that reminds us of the nature cause!

What’s It?

The Glow Garden has ten themed zones ranging from Panda Paradise to Candy Land. Lest we forget, we have an Arabian section too replete with color camels lighting up the area.

Besides the Glow Garden lighting up Zabeel Park, the other attractions like the Dinosaur Park and Ice Park return too! While Dinosaur Park is going to light up 100 animatronic dinosaurs, we will see more than 5000 tonnes of ice in the form of ice sculptures also! However, there’s a slight catch. There is a separate fee to discover the Ice Park that we feel is worth it!

So what’s new this year besides its theme? It’s the Magic Park that is all set to enthrall us with its illusions. This optical illusion park has 27 different illusional structures. These structures not only make for a great viewing experience but will add to lit (pun intended) insta feed as well!

So head down to Zabeel Park this winter as the festival and enjoy the Dubai Glow Garden. The festival is here to stay until June 2020, and we cannot be more excited!

Wondering what else you can do in Zabeel Park? Here’s our guide to the park and a list of things to do in Zabeel Park.
