In order to promote trade between GCC countries and India, a UAE-based business conglomerate is recently showcasing high-quality apples from Kashmir in its stores. The business had over 50 supermarkets in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nations. The Kashmiri apple debut in the UAE helps to increase the export of these high-quality apples from India.

India Ranks 7th In Apple Production

Around 80% of India’s apple crop comes from Kashmir. Kashmir’s native premium apples are picked mostly in September and October and are widely regarded among the world’s best apples. In order to boost the export of Kashmiri goods, the government provides good subsidies.
