Sal Follows Casual Dress Code By The Day And Resort Wear By Night

With white, dainty interiors, Sal is a restaurant where laidback luxury is perfectly blended with Southern European culinary excellence. The dress code for this heaven is casual by the day and resort wear by night. Launched by Chef Roberto Rispoli, Head Chef of Shimmers on the Beach, the restaurant will offer flavours from the Iberian Peninsula. Sal means salt in Spanish and Portuguese, and guests can expect dishes that pay tribute to seafood, with the choice to have the catch of the day grilled or baked in sea salt.

The main menu also includes homemade trenette pasta and king crab, seabream Solana and sea-salt-crusted sea bass. Not only the main dishes, but sweet lovers can also pick between options from the dessert trolley, featuring a handcrafted selection of treats from Burj Al Arab’s pastry chefs.
