No Starving For Huma Qureshi Only Eating Right

During the Sunday Brunch, Huma Qureshi revealed to Kamiya Jani that she had out on a lot of weight for her movie Double XL with Sonakshi Sinha. The actress put on 20 kg but she lost all of it. Huma stated that she think diet is a very important part of preparing for the physique of a character.  She adds, “Of course  excercise bhi hai. Par jab tak aap woh proper khaana nahin khaaoge, jo aapko energy bhi de, at the same time it helps you to lose weight, it’s really important.

Huma Qureshi goes on to say, “I don’t believe in starving. It had to be like the right nutrients, cooked well, taste bhi achha hona chahiye, bahut saare the tho. Well, we’re glad that Huma believes in eating right and excercising well. And the actress certainly sets the right health goals for her fans, who have always admired her work.

It’s Pulao Not Veg Biryani!

Kamiya Jani and Huma Qureshi indulged in a lavish feast of kebabs and biryani from The Square in Novotel. She feasted on kheema from Mohammed Ali Road. The Double XL star said that she loves any cuisine that’s cooked well with love. Later Huma Qureshi even joked about how her friends always remember her during Eid as she cooks delicious biryani. For her vegetarian friends she prepares pulao. It’s not veg biryani folks, Huma doesn’t believe there is anything called veg biryani. It’s just pulao! Well, watch the fun, candid interview. Enjoy!
