X user Jayesh Waghmare (@jayy_bandukkk) shared a video of a rare sight from Lonavala. What surprised many was that while he was capturing the scenic views from Shivling Point, the camera also caught something unexpected. Beyond the Sahyadri mountain ranges, the outline of Mumbai’s skyline could be seen in the distance.

Explaining the reason behind this stunning view, Waghmare wrote, “AQI so low today due to early showers – could see Mumbai Skyline from Shivling point, Lonavala.” Recent rainfall in Mumbai appears to have improved visibility and cleaned up the air, making this rare sight possible.
