IndiGo To Restart Flights From Hyderabad To Dhaka From December 8

India’s low-cost carrier, IndiGo, announced restarting flights from Hyderabad to Dhaka. The recommencement of this international flight comes after a long hiatus due to the pandemic. The airline announced Hyderabad-Dhaka flights starting on December 8. There will be three flights weekly, as per the announcement. This restarting will improve connectivity between the two countries, which will in turn help tourism and the economy.

IndiGo Flights From Hyderabad To Dhaka

The inflow of tourists from Bangladesh has always been high, mainly for two reasons. Firstly, Hyderabad has a variety of tourist attractions in the city. Secondly, the city is home to first-rate medical services. The Indian Tourism Ministry informed us that out of the total overseas medical tourists in India, Bangladesh accounts for 54 per cent.

Bangladesh, on the other hand, is an ever-expanding industrial hub. People who want to develop and expand their businesses can consider Bangladesh a viable option. The rising demand from Dhaka is also one of the reasons for the recommencement. The IndiGo flight will depart at 1:55 p.m. from Hyderabad and reach Dhaka at 4:45 p.m. The flight will leave Dhaka at 05:45 pm and reach Hyderabad at 07:55 pm.

Aim To Expand And Reconnect

IndiGo’s Global Sales Head, Vinay Malhotra, said that intending to reconnect with all its international destinations, it is restarting the Hyderabad-Dhaka weekly flights. He said that this would not only bring in direct connectivity but also help the medical tourists travelling from Bangladesh to India.

The airline, to expand its network, recently launched direct flights from India’s capital, New Delhi, to Hubballi in Karnataka. Hubballi is known as “Mini Mumbai” owing to its robust economy, and this new aviation route will strengthen the connectivity between north and south India. Vinay said that IndiGo has always offered its passengers affordable choices, on-time performance, and hassle-free services.
