IRCTC Launches 7 Days Leh Turtuk Tour At Budget-Friendly Prices

Travel enthusiasts, IRCTC has launched a 7-day 6-night trip to Leh Turtuk at a budget-friendly price of ₹38,470. This includes meals, sightseeing, travel insurance, inner line permits and more. Witness the snowcapped Himalayas, serene Pangong Lake, bustling Turtuk village and other iconic spots in Leh. Read on to know the 7-day itinerary.

Day 1,  Day 2 & Day 3

On the first day reach the RGI Airport at 5 am and board the flight to Leh at 7:05 am. Reach Leh at 1 pm then check in to the hotel. Spend the day acclimatizing to the high altitude climate and visit the market. The second day go sightseeing via Leh- Srinagar Highway. Some of the sightseeing spots you will visit are the Hall of Fame, Kali Mandir Temple, Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Magnetic Hill and more. On the third day drive to Nubra Valley, the highest motorable road in the world. Enjoy panaromic views of mountain ranges, a camel safari and overnight stay at the valley.

Day 4, 5, 6 & 7

The 4th day would encompass visiting Turtuk. This is a village India won after the 1971 war with Pakistan. After spending quality time at Turtuk, head to Pangong on the fifth day of the trip. The iconic Pangong Lake featured in the Aamir Khan starter 3 Idiots is a sight to behold. Enjoy a serene overnight stay at Pangong. Early next morning on Day 6, head back to Leh and visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery and the local markets. After a  beautiful trip to Leh, head to Leh Airport and board a flight home.
