Karnataka Man Walks 4000Km From Kanyakumari To Kashmir To Honour COVID Heroes

The people working in the frontline have proved themselves as the real heroes. They have risked their own lives to save others and no amount of words would be enough to describe their gallant deed. Several museums and artworks were installed and awards were organised to recognise the efforts and sacrifices of the corona warriors. But this 33-year-old man from Mysuru gave a glowing tribute to the Covid warriors by walking over 4000Km from Kanyakumari to Kashmir.

A Journey From Kanyakumari To Kashmir In 99 Days

Bharath P N, a resident of Mysuru embarked on a ‘Walk for Humanity’, to pay tribute to those who are battling a raging pandemic. He embarked on the tiring journey to honour the efforts and selfless service of the Covid frontline warriors. Bharath embarked on a 99-day journey on December 11, 2020, from Kanyakumari.

The Man Walked For 40-45 Everyday

He walked for 40-45 km every day to reach the final destination Dal Lake in Srinagar, Jammu, and Kashmir. The man covered 11 states on his expedition from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. The Man Raised Awareness On Environmental Protection

During his 99-day journey across Indian states, Bharath also spread awareness on environmental protection and fitness. As he rested under trees and met new people during his journey, he tried to create awareness about planting saplings.
