Just blend all your leftover frozen fruit with fresh orange or apple juice. In the recipe video, the actor takes a half handful of pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. You can also go for bananas and kiwis. Eat with a big fat tablespoon of peanut butter.
