All you need is a fridge and these 3 basic ingredients that you can find at any grocery store.
To prepare this dessert, first, peel and chop the two mangoes into small pieces. Put the chopped mango pieces in a blender. Blend it till it becomes a smooth pulp. Once its done, pour the pulp in a bowl and leave it aside. Next take another bowl and pour the tetra pack of cream in it. Whip the cream preferably with an electric beater or with a normal whisk till it becomes thick and smooth.

When it's done, then pour the condensed milk into the bowl with the cream. Mix the cream and condensed milk. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the mango pulp. But make sure the quantity of mango pulp exceeds that of the cream-condensed milk mixture. This will ensure you have a lovely sweet-sour mango flavour. Now taste the mixture to see if it's sweet. If you think it isn't sweet enough, then you can add a little sugar or little more mango pulp depending on your preference.
Once you're happy with the taste, then pour the contents in a box and put it in the freezer to set. Leave it in the freezer for around 8 hours or overnight. And voila! Your 3-ingredient mango ice cream is ready. It's smooth, velvety, delicious and ofcourse has a lovely authentic fresh mango taste.
