Thane’s Ashtavinayak Katta has been doing rounds on the Internet after CM Eknath Shinde was spotted enjoying a plate of the delicious Tandoori Vada Pav. What is so great about this? Well, Ashtavinayak Katta has given a twist to the basic vada pav and put a tandoori twist to it. Firstly they grill the vada and sprinkle a BBQ sauce. Then assemble their great loaded vada pav with veggies, sauces, cheese, and more.

What adds more flavour to it is that Ashtavinayak Katta grills it again! Finally, they slather a chutney and top it off with chura. No wonder Eknath Shinde loves this stall! It is known to prepare a batch of 50 to 60 vada pavs together. It is so popular that they have a waiting time and costs at just ₹50.
