Amid the vast spread of different content making rounds on the Internet, these weird recipe videos mostly tend to grab attention all the time. There have been multiple bizarre experiments with ice cream in the past but this recent video of using bhindi just surprised us.
As shared in the reel, the man used bhindi, orange, lime, sugar, cinnamon, and water for ice cream. He cut bhindi, lime, and orange into small pieces and cooked on a pan with sugar and water. Next, he blended everything into a smooth paste and refrigerated for a sorbet-like texture.
For the outer layer biscuit, he prepared a batter using okra flesh, flour, sugar, butter, lemon zest, orange zest, and water. Next, he made a waffle cone with it and scooped okra ice cream into the cone.

The video of using okra to make ice cream has sparked conversations in the comments. While many appreciate the unique approach to preparing this dessert, others disapprove of the idea of blending bhindi with orange, lime, and other ingredients for a sweet treat.
