Manikaran in Himachal Pradesh is one of those places in India which is considered as a holy destination by the Sikhs. The place draws a lot of travellers every year due to the presence of the hot springs. All tourists who visit Manikaram also plan their visit to the Gurudwara Sahib. Be a Sikh or Hindu, a visit to the serene Gurudwara on the banks of the Parvati river is blissful. This Gurudwara in Manikaran opens at 5 am in the morning, so you can even plan an early morning visit to the place to enjoy the ecstasy of the place.
The Hot Springs & Why You Must Visit The Place
After spending time at the holy Gurudwara Sahib, you must soak yourself in the hot spring in Manikaran. It is believed to have many healing elements that make a dip into the spring a significant attraction. Manikaran hot spring is famous, and to bathe in the spring water, there are different spaces for both men and women. Apart from these two major attractions, a few activities that can be part of your Manikaran itinerary include a trek to the nearby mountains, visiting the famous temples, and enjoying a relaxing stay in this part of the state.
To reach there the nearest airport is Kullu-Manali Airport. If you wish to admire the roads to Himachal, you might as well take the public state buses or even the private buses that ply regularly.
