Dubai’s favourite weekend for petrolheads is back, and it has a new address. Icons of Porsche returns on 21 and 22 November, but this year the festival moves to The Square Nad Al Sheba after five editions at Dubai Design District.
Same Big Crowds, Brand-New Setting

Last year’s edition drew more than 30,000 fans and put over 1,000 Porsche sports cars on show. Organisers expect crowd and car numbers to stay at a similar level this time. Dr Manfred Bräunl, CEO of Porsche Middle East and Africa, says the new site should lift both the atmosphere and the fan experience, and he calls Nad Al Sheba a premium lifestyle and events precinct. Further details on the venue are still to be announced.
A Rare Kuwaiti Showstopper
One car is worth planning your visit around. The 911 Turbo S Sadu Edition was created to mark Porsche’s 70 years in Kuwait, and the festival will be its first public display outside the country. Only 20 are being built, all of them reserved for the Kuwaiti market. The design draws on Al Sadu, the traditional Kuwaiti wool weaving known for narrow horizontal bands and bold geometric patterns, which UNESCO added to its intangible cultural heritage list in 2020.
Tickets, Timings And Little Ones
The festival runs from 4pm to 11pm on both days. Tickets cost AED 85 a day, with Saturday and Sunday sold separately through IconsOfPorsche.com. Children under 12 can enter free, though they need to be registered and must come with an adult who holds a ticket.
How The Festival Has Grown
When Icons of Porsche began in 2021, it welcomed over 7,000 people. The 2022 edition passed 15,000, the 2023 edition topped 27,000, and the 2024 edition sold out with more than 28,000 visitors. Last year’s total of over 30,000 is the figure this edition now has to match.
